2up 1099 Double Window Envelope (Self Seal)

Self-seal double window for standard or condensed 2-up 1099 forms

RDWENVS05 mails any standard or condensed 2-up 1099 or W-2G recipient copy without a moisture pad — apply pressure to the flap and it seals. Both windows carry a security tint with cellophane glazing to keep recipient information covered in transit.

Fold the printed 1099 or W-2G statement so the mailing address falls behind the top window and the matching payer or account data falls behind the bottom window, then press the flap closed. The envelope ships open, so a batch can be stuffed before any sealing begins.

This same 2-up size is also sold in moisture seal (RDWENV05), tamper evident (RDWENVSTE), and a larger version built for inserters (1963).
