4356 is a double window envelope built for the 4-up horizontal W-2 layout, form BW24DWNA. It’s the alternate window placement of that family, so before switching between versions confirm which one matches the form you’re printing. Both windows carry a security tint with cellophane glazing to keep employee wage data covered until the envelope is opened.

Fold the printed recipient copy so the mailing address shows through the top window and the matching data block lines up in the bottom window, then moisten the flap and press to close. A self-seal version of this same envelope is sold as 4356S if you’d rather skip the moisture pad.
