This double window envelope pairs with 4-up quadrant W-2 recipient forms and closes with a self-adhesive latex flap, so there’s no moisture pad to wet. It’s sized and windowed the same as the moisture-seal version, and both windows carry a tinted cellophane layer to keep employee information private.

Fold the quadrant statement so the recipient address appears in the top window and the wage figures appear in the bottom window, then press the flap to seal — the envelope ships open so a batch can be folded and stuffed before any sealing begins.
