3up 1099 Double Window Envelope (Self Seal)

Self-seal companion for 3-up 1099 family forms

This self-seal envelope handles the same 3-up 1099, 1098 and 5498 recipient forms as the moisture-seal version, sealing with pressure alone. It ships open so a full batch can be folded and stuffed before you seal any of them, and both windows carry a security tint with cellophane glazing.

Fold the printed recipient copy so the mailing address shows in the top window and payment or account information shows in the bottom window, then press the flap closed. Check your tax or payroll software’s print layout against these window measurements, or request a free sample if you’re unsure.
