Print your own employer and employee copies

For businesses that print W-2s in-house rather than ordering fully preprinted stock, this 6-part set supplies one preprinted federal Copy A alongside blank laser sheets for everything else. It fits payroll software that generates the employer and employee copy data and prints it directly onto blank forms.

Two blank 2-up sheets handle the employer’s Copy D and Copy 1, with no side perforation. Three employee copies — Copy B, Copy C and Copy 2 — share a blank 3-up sheet that has a 3/4-inch side perforation and current tax year employee instructions preprinted on the back. Run employee copies as one batch, separate along the perforation, fold and mail. Employer copies go out together to the SSA and the relevant state agency. Check your software’s form layout against this set before printing a full run.
