This kit is the moisture seal counterpart to BC&E’s self seal 8-part W-2 kit, giving you the same expanded copy count with traditional gummed envelopes instead. It’s built for businesses that need duplicate state or local copies and prefer moisture seal closures for mailing.

Print each copy as its own batch, then separate and collate the stack by recipient. Federal Copy A copies mail together in one batch. Recipient copies fold into the included double-window moisture seal envelopes, where the window lines up with the printed name and address. Order in multiples of 25, and count by the number of forms your business needs rather than the number of printed sheets.

Production & Shipping

This is a stocked item, so there is no proof step. Orders placed on a business day are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our fulfillment warehouse, and tracking is emailed as soon as the package leaves. Standard ground transit inside the continental U.S. adds roughly 1–5 days depending on your distance from the warehouse; expedited shipping can be selected at checkout if you are working against a filing deadline.
