This condensed, preprinted 6-part W-2 set is built for payroll teams who want fewer sheets to sort at mailing time. Employer copies print on standard 2-up forms, while every employee copy — Copy B, Copy C, and two Copy 2 forms for state and city — comes preassembled on a single 4-up horizontal sheet.

Because the employee sheet already carries all four copies in the right order, there’s nothing to separate or match by hand: print each copy as a batch, fold, and mail the recipient copies directly. Employer copies mail together to the SSA and the relevant state agency in a separate batch. Order by the number of forms you need rather than the number of sheets your printer produces.
