This 8-part kit expands on the standard 6-part W-2 layout by including two Employer Copy 1 forms and two Employee Copy 2 forms, useful when state or local filing calls for a duplicate. Self seal, double-window envelopes are included so recipient copies mail without a separate envelope order.

Print each copy as its own batch, then separate and collate the stack by recipient. Copy A copies mail together to the IRS. Recipient copies fold into the included self seal envelopes, whose windows line up with the printed name and address. Order in multiples of 25, with a 25-form minimum, and remember to count by the number of forms needed rather than the number of sheets your software outputs.
