Print each of the six copies as its own batch, then separate and collate the stack by employee. Federal copies — Copy A — mail to the IRS in one batch. Recipient copies fold into the included self seal, double-window envelopes without retyping an address, since the window shows through. One item ordered supplies 25 of each form plus 25 matching envelopes, covering 25 employees; order two items for 50 employees, and so on. As with any preprinted W-2 stock, order by the number of forms you need, not the number of sheets.

Production & Shipping

This is a stocked item, so there is no proof step. Orders placed on a business day are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our fulfillment warehouse, and tracking is emailed as soon as the package leaves. Standard ground transit inside the continental U.S. adds roughly 1–5 days depending on your distance from the warehouse; expedited shipping can be selected at checkout if you are working against a filing deadline.
