This condensed, preprinted 8-part W-2 set builds on BC&E’s 6-part horizontal layout by adding a second Employer Copy 1, useful when a state or locality requires an extra filing copy. Employee copies stay condensed on a single 4-up horizontal sheet.

Because the employee sheet already carries Copy B, Copy C and two Copy 2 forms in order, there’s no collating needed: print each copy as a batch, fold, and mail the recipient copies directly. Employer copies — Copy A, Copy D, and the two Copy 1 forms — mail together to the SSA and the relevant state agency. Order a minimum of 25 and in multiples of 25 per order, counting by the number of forms you need rather than sheets.
