This condensed W-2 (SKU BW24DWN05) prints all four employee copies — B (federal), C (record) and two copies of 2 (state, city or local) — on one sheet for the current tax year, arranged in a 4-up horizontal layout with three horizontal perforations dividing the sheet into four stacked forms. One print run replaces separating and collating four individual forms.

The form is preprinted in black ink. After printing, tear along the three horizontal perforations, fold each section, and insert into a matching window envelope — 4DOWNENV05 for a moisture-seal closure or 4DOWNENVS05 for self-seal.
