Standard 2-up double window envelope for traditional W-2 copies

DWENV05 is the double window envelope built for traditional 2-up W-2 recipient copies — the layout most payroll and accounting software prints by default. A moisture-seal flap closes with a lick and press, and both windows carry a security tint with cellophane glazing to keep wage and Social Security data private.

Fold the printed W-2 recipient copy so the mailing address falls in the top window and the wage and withholding detail falls in the bottom window, moisten and press the flap to close. Check your software for envelope compatibility, or request a free sample if you’re not certain of the fit before a full mailing.
