This 6-part set is designed around a single 4-up horizontal layout for the employee side of the W-2, so Copy B, Copy C and Copy 2 print together on one blank sheet rather than three separate ones. It’s aimed at businesses printing their own data onto blank stock instead of ordering fully preprinted forms.

The employer side stays on blank 2-up sheets for Copy D and Copy 1. The blank 4-up horizontal sheet carries current tax year filing instructions preprinted on the back, so once your software prints the employee data, the sheet is ready to fold and mail as a batch. Employer copies mail together to the SSA and the relevant state agency. Order in multiples of 25, with a 25-form minimum, and confirm your software supports both the blank 2-up employer layout and the blank 4-up horizontal employee layout before a full print run.
