This 6-part W-2 set is built for payroll staff and bookkeepers who want the full set of required copies without printing six separate sheets. The employer side keeps its standard 2-up layout, while the three employee copies are condensed onto one 3-up sheet, cutting the paper handling for a batch of current tax year W-2s.

The 2-up employer forms — Copy A, Copy D and Copy 1 — carry no side perforation, so they stay intact for filing and internal records. The 3-up employee sheet holds Copy B, Copy 2 and Copy C together, separated by a 3/4-inch side perforation, with employee filing instructions preprinted on the back. Print each set as its own batch, then separate the employee sheet along its perforation, fold, and mail. Employer copies go to the SSA in a single batch.
