Tamper evident mailing for a standard 6-part set

This kit pairs the standard 6-part preprinted W-2 lineup — federal, state, city and local copies for both employer and employee — with self seal envelopes that carry a tamper evident closure, for businesses that want recipients to be able to tell if a copy was opened before delivery.

Print each copy as its own batch, then separate and collate the stack by employee. Recipient copies fold into the included tamper evident envelopes, whose double windows line up with the printed address so nothing needs retyping. Employer copies mail together to the SSA along with your Form W-3. Each set ordered contains 25 of each form and envelope; order by the number of forms you need, not sheets.
