3up 1099 Single Window Envelope (Moisture Seal)

A single window fit for 3-up 1099, 1098 and 5498 forms

99SWENV05 carries any 3-up 1099, 1098 or 5498 recipient copy behind one security-tinted, cellophane-glazed window, so the recipient’s name and address show through without a printed address needed on the envelope itself. It’s constructed of the same 24# stock used across BC&E’s tax envelope line.

Fold the printed form so the address block lines up behind the window, then moisten and press the flap to seal. A return address can be imprinted on request — contact Business Checks & Envelopes for details.
