Because it seals by hand pressure, this version is not built to run through inserting equipment. Security-tinted, cellophane-glazed windows keep recipient data covered.

Fold the printed 1099 statement so the address falls behind the top window and the matching payer data falls behind the bottom window, then press the flap to close. This item is bundled in multiples of 25 so smaller offices can order without buying a full case.
