4up Blank W-2 Form 8-part Set (without Instructions)

This set suits businesses that already provide their own W-2 filing guidance to employees and don’t need it preprinted on the form. It supplies a preprinted federal Copy A along with blank sheets for every remaining copy, printed by your own payroll software.

Two blank 2-up sheets cover Employer Copy D and Employer Copy 1, giving you two of each for state or local duplication needs. The employee side uses blank 4-up laser sheets arranged in a quadrant layout for Copy B, Copy C and the two state/local Copy 2 forms. Print employee copies as one batch, then fold and mail. Employer copies mail together to the SSA and the applicable state agency. Confirm your software is set up for the 2-up blank employer layout and the 4-up quadrant blank employee layout before printing in volume.
