Larger 2-up 1099 envelope for automatic inserting equipment

1963 carries any 2-up 1099 recipient form and is sized larger than the standard 2-up mailer so it feeds correctly through an automatic inserting machine. Security-tinted, cellophane-glazed windows keep names, addresses and payer figures out of view while the statement is in transit.

The inserter folds the printed statement so the address block sits behind the top window and the matching account data sits behind the bottom window, then seals the moisture flap during the run.

If your program has switched to the IRS’s revised 1099-NEC layout — three forms per page instead of two — use item 99ENVA instead of this one.
