Security-tinted, cellophane-glazed windows keep names, addresses and figures out of view in the mail.

Fold the printed universal-format statement so the recipient address sits behind the top window and the matching data sits behind the bottom window, then moisten and press the flap to seal. Confirm your tax or payroll software offers the universal W-2/1099 layout before ordering.
