3up W2 Double Window Envelope (Self Seal)

A narrower double window for 3-up W-2 recipient copies

1973S is sized to carry 3-up W-2 recipient copies printed on items 83634 or 83634I, whose 1/2-inch side perforation calls for a narrower envelope than the standard tax mailer. A security tint sits behind both windows to keep employee names, addresses and wage figures covered in transit.

Fold the perforated recipient copy so the mailing address appears in the top window and the matching data block appears in the bottom window, then press the self-seal flap closed — no moisture pad required. The envelope ships open, so a batch can be folded and stuffed before any of it is sealed.
