This 8-part set is for businesses whose payroll software prints its own W-2 data and doesn’t need instructions preprinted onto the form. One preprinted Copy A handles federal filing, and four blank 2-up sheets give you the capacity to print Employer Copy D, Employee Copy B, and state/city Copy 1 and Copy 2 for both employer and employee.

Print each copy as its own batch, then collate and separate the stack by employee. Because no employee instructions are printed on the blank sheets, the forms stay focused on the reporting data itself — pair this set with your own instruction sheet if employees need one. Compatible envelopes are available in moisture seal, self seal, and self seal tamper evident closures. Order in multiples of 25, and count by the number of forms you need rather than the number of sheets.
