4up W-2 Double Window Envelopes – Horizontal (Self Seal)

This is the self-seal version of the horizontal 4-up W-2 double window envelope built for form BW24DWN05. Instead of a moisture flap, it closes with pressure alone, which speeds up a large mailing run. Both windows carry a security tint and cellophane glazing to shield employee data.

Slide the folded W-2 copy in so the address block shows in the top window and the corresponding figures line up in the bottom window, then press the flap closed. The envelope ships open, so you can fold and stuff the full batch before sealing.
