A moisture seal flap closes with a lick and press, and both windows are tinted with cellophane glazing to keep wages and Social Security numbers out of view in transit.

Insert the folded statement so the recipient’s mailing block shows through the top window and the matching data block lines up in the bottom window, then run the flap along a damp sponge to close.
