INVCC-765 is offered in 2, 3, 4 or 5 parts, the widest range of any invoice in this line, so you can pick the configuration that fits your workflow instead of adjusting the workflow to fit the form. Two parts covers a simple customer-and-office split. Three adds a copy for the job file. Four brings accounting into the loop. Five routes copies through dispatch, the technician and the back office.

Whichever count you choose, the layout stays the same, so staff who already know the form do not need to relearn anything if your part count changes on a future order. The 8 1/2″ x 7″ sheet is large enough for a proper itemized list yet compact enough for a clipboard or a truck box. All parts are carbonless, and your company name, address and phone print in the imprint area at the top in the typeface and ink color you select.

Production & Shipping

Every imprinted form is printed to order. After you approve the proof we email you, allow about 3–5 business days for production and delivery. Blank (non-imprinted) sets skip the proof step and ship sooner. Tracking is emailed when the order leaves the plant.
