8 1/2″ x 7″ Snap-A-Part Invoice INV-781

Some jobs generate paperwork for four or five different people before they are closed out. INV-781 is built for those operations: a 4 or 5 part carbonless set on an 8 1/2″ x 7″ sheet, so everyone who needs a record gets one from a single writing. It suits wholesale distribution, multi-crew contracting, and any business where an order moves from sales to dispatch to the technician to accounting, with each stage keeping its own copy instead of photocopying or re-keying anything.

The extra parts are the point of this configuration, and because more parts require more pressure to reach the back of the set, INV-781 runs on quality NCR stock that transfers cleanly through to the final copy. Note that the imprint area here is 1″ x 3″, narrower than the 1″ x 4″ area on other invoices in this range, so keep that in mind when laying out your artwork.

Every imprinted form is printed to order. After you approve the proof we email you, allow about 3–5 business days for production and delivery. Blank (non-imprinted) sets skip the proof step and ship sooner. Tracking is emailed when the order leaves the plant.
