Statement mailing made simpler with a window built in

This #10 window envelope pairs a preprinted corner card with a die-cut window, so a recipient’s address printed on the enclosed statement or invoice shows through without you addressing the envelope separately. Choose a corner card in one standard spot color (including black), one PMS color, or full color, printed on 24 lb. white wove stock with standard side-seam construction.

Pick the closure that matches your mailing process: a traditional gum moisture seal, a self-adhesive Peel-N-Seal, or a Flip-N-Seal strip for faster sealing by hand or machine. A security tint is available for mail carrying sensitive account information. For artwork submission, files should be at least 300 DPI and under 40 MB; PDF, EPS, TIF or TIFF are recommended, with JPG accepted as well.

Production & Shipping

These envelopes are custom printed to order. Once you approve the emailed proof, gum (moisture) seal envelopes are produced in about 5–7 business days; Peel-N-Seal envelopes run about 10–15 business days because of the additional adhesive-strip process. Ground transit is added on top of production time, and we send tracking when the job ships.
