A #9 return envelope sized for statements and reply mail

Built at the standard #9 dimension of 3-7/8″ x 8-7/8″, this window envelope is meant for statements, invoices and reply mail where a recipient’s own address shows through the window rather than being printed separately. Your corner card prints on the front in black ink, a single spot color, or full color, on 24 lb. white wove stock with standard side-seam construction.

Add a security tint to the interior if the mail carries sensitive information, or leave it untinted for routine correspondence. Closure is a standard gum moisture seal. When submitting artwork, build files at 300 DPI in CMYK with a 2.5 mm bleed on all sides and no crop marks; PDF is the preferred format.

Production & Shipping

These envelopes are custom printed to order. Once you approve the emailed proof, gum (moisture) seal envelopes are produced in about 5–7 business days; Peel-N-Seal envelopes run about 10–15 business days because of the additional adhesive-strip process. Ground transit is added on top of production time, and we send tracking when the job ships.
