2-UP Employee Copy C (file) – W2 Tax Forms

Employee Copy C is the record a worker keeps in their own file after receiving their W-2 — not a copy that gets mailed to any tax agency. Payroll teams print this copy alongside Copy B and any state or local copies so the employee has a complete personal set for their records.

The sheet prints two Copy C forms per page in red ink with no side perforation, so cut down the center after printing and pair each half with the matching employee’s other W-2 copies before sealing the envelope. Order in multiples of 25 per order.
