Moisture-seal double window for standard or condensed 2-up 1099 forms

RDWENV05 mails any standard or condensed 2-up 1099 or W-2G recipient copy behind a pair of security-tinted, cellophane-glazed windows, keeping payer and recipient data covered until the envelope reaches its destination. It seals with a moisture flap rather than pressure alone.

Fold the printed 1099 or W-2G statement so the mailing address falls behind the top window and the matching account data falls behind the bottom window, then moisten and press the flap closed. Check your tax or payroll software for compatibility, or request a sample if you’re unsure.

This same 2-up size also comes in self seal (RDWENVS05), tamper evident (RDWENVSTE), and a larger version built for inserters (1963).
