W-2C Double Window Envelopes (Moisture Seal)

Envelope for correcting W-2C mailings

When information on a W-2 already filed with the SSA needs correcting, employers issue a W-2C. This double window envelope is sized specifically for mailing employee copies of that corrected form, with a moisture-seal flap and a tinted cellophane window over each opening to keep the correction details private.

Fold the printed W-2C so the recipient’s mailing address falls in the top window and the corrected wage or withholding data falls in the bottom window, moisten the flap and press to seal. Order in multiples of 25, with a minimum order of 25.
