This double-window envelope is sized for traditional 2-up W-2 recipient copies, letting both the employee’s address and the employer information show through their own windows without repositioning either form. Instead of a moisture seal, this version closes with a self-seal strip: apply pressure along the flap and it holds, which speeds up mailing during filing season when you may be sealing a large stack at once. It ships open and ready to fill.

A security tint pattern and cellophane windows work together to keep the enclosed W-2 information private from anyone handling the envelope before it is opened. If your software uses a different W-2 layout, request a sample to confirm the window positions before ordering. This SKU is also available in a moisture-seal version (DWENV05) and a tamper-evident version (DWENVSTE) if either suits your process better.
